"I Hired Hi Tech in spring of 2019 for a repair of my backyard cement work. Kami suggested I replace my cement with pavers instead. His price was so fair, that not only did I hire him to replace my backyard cement, but ALSO repair/waterproof my rear wall AND paint my fire escape as well! I'm so pleased to write that ALL the work Hi Tech did was top-notch & their workers were very respectful and cleaned up very well. Any concerns I had during construction was addressed immediately by Kami, which is HUGE in my book after dealing with other contractors that were not up to par. "We first contacted Zicklin Construction about water damage on the second floor of our 90 yr old brick house. The response was quick and the problem turned out to be brick issues around the windows. Raj explained it very clearly , pointed it on the wall and documented with photos. He laid different plans for how much work and the costs, clearly delineating what would be good options and what were necessary ones. At all times Raj, the manager and the crew were careful , conscientious and personable. So when we had a sudden big roof leak, we thought only of Zicklin. Again, Raj outlined strategies on how much work we wanted to do and the concomitant expenses. He always explained and documented the roof issues. We decided on complete replacement. We asked Raj about our deteriorating retaining wall in the backyard. The same professional discussion ensued. Throughout all the work we have had done - window lintels, roof replacement, brick sealing, retaining wall repair and stuccoing- Raj was helpful, accommodating to our schedule, professional and really a pleasure to work with. The crew, headed by Ali was super. The work they did through recent heat waves was astounding. Ali consulted me throughout to explain what was being done and my preferences and always checked in at the end of the day.He suggested things that improved accessibility that I would never have thought of and have been a real help. He was always gracious and helpful. I know that in the future, whatever work I have done around the house, I will call Raj. "Had a great experience with this company . They did a beautiful job, I love it . We had brick built around the house, pavers put in front yard and closed up an AC in the wall hole with brick. Job got done on time , guys very on top of everything , stayed in contact with me constantly and asked questions along the way so it turned out exactly the way I wanted it. "Very nice friendly people, who do high quality professional work. Honest and honorable, when they saw I didn't have the tiles I needed (which I thought I could provide before they started work), they gave me a significant break on the original(already extremely reasonable)quote; and still prepared the wall to make future tile installation easy. When the saw a very small area near the area worked on that they thought might need a small patch, (without my asking) they asked me if I'd like them to give it patch it as part of the other work. The worker did a great job within the time they quoted. They found a pipe from upstairs had a small leak, affecting discoloration of the wall they were to paint. Rather than leave their work to be ruined by the ongoing leak, they volunteered (after showing me) to paint up to a point,and make arrangements to come back after I can get management to fix the leak from upstairs. They're honest, hardworking and honorable workers;a pleasure to work with."
