"Sal and his crew are top notch workers. They focus on your job until it’s done and the end result is amazing. They installed a vinyl floor in our den, added new molding, did some dry wall work and painting throughout our house. They leveled our uneven floors, remodeled our bathroom and installed ceramic tile flooring throughout our house. They also installed a barn door for our laundry room. And we couldn’t be happier with everything they did. We get so many compliments on how great the floors came out and how nice everything looks. Sal’s crew work hard and all day just to finish the job in a timely manner. We wish we had more money to do a few more projects because we would’ve loved for them to do more. We will definitely be hiring them in the future."

"Pro Home Improvements not only lived up to their name but actually redefined what "PRO" means. My kitchen was a project I saved and waited for and definitely needed done right and even though I struggled picking finishes I know I picked the right contractor. Lorenzo walked me through each step, gave me sound advice, stuck to the budget and did an INCREDIBLE job. I had a previous contractor's mess above the ceilings when he demoed and he was able to reconfigure plumbing, electrical and HVAC to remove ugly soffits and worked some serious magic transforming my kitchen into something I didn't even think was possible for the space I have. They worked 6 days a week, came on time and even swept and vacuumed before they left every day and were incredibly respectful to me, my home and even my dog that sometimes may have gotten in their way! If you want it done right, call Lorenzo. Or, if you paid someone else and need to fix their mess, call Lorenzo. Now I'm going to start saving up again for the next project and I can guarantee you I will only be using Pro Home Improvements. "ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL to work with!! Hired Stars and Stripes after seeing some work they did at 2 of our friend’s houses. Our goal was to remodel just the 1 bathroom but Bob, Steven, Angel and the whole crew were professional, easy to work with, trustworthy, knowledgeable and affordable that we decided to remodel the 2nd bathroom. Beyond satisfied with both projects! Currently working on another project with them..and will posts pics when completed. "

"I hired Jenson to renovate my bathroom on October 10, 2025, with a contract stating a completion time of 7 to 12 days. However, the renovation was completed on November 25, 2025. The constant influx of workers entering my home, especially my disabled father, made me and him quite uneasy. On December 24, 2025, I reached out to Jenson because the grout was falling out and the senior grab bars were not properly installed. These issues posed a significant safety hazard for my father, who had a stroke and has right side weakness. My father was the sole reason I needed to redo my bathroom. Despite my repeated attempts to contact Jenson, I was assured that someone would come to address the issues. However, as of January 24, 2026, no one has shown up. Jenson had informed me on five separate occasions that someone would be coming, and I was home waiting for them, but they never arrived. Sadly I am left to resolve this on my own. I am disheartened, tired, frustrated and full of regret"

"Inson is a creative genius with a superb eye. He did everything with meticulous detail and completely transformed our apartment into an amazing, gorgeous home. We enjoy entertaining, and our friends love coming over, always remarking how beautiful and inviting our home is- and that was exactly what we wanted, except Inson brilliantly upgraded our concept, within budget and on time (even with our aggressive timeline because we needed to be out of our old place and into our new within months!). "After the toilet was changed on 9/1/23. The plumber refused to caulk the gap at the base of the new toilet. Gaudioso didn’t respond to my request to fix it. That left a gap and roaches were roaming out from that gap into my apartment for 11 days until I hired a handyman to caulk it. It costed me extra money and emotional distress"
