They finished the project on time, worked creatively around our needs and certain surprises discovered only after demolition. They suggested great, pragmatic design options. Everything came out stunningly beautiful, made to our tastes and preferences. Sal worked his magic to fit the whole project within our budget. He also threw in some upgrades we had not initially planned but made made sense during the project. His team took care of clean up after work regularly so we could continue living in the house reasonably comfortably while the work was going on. Our goal was to remodel just the 1 bathroom but Bob, Steven, Angel and the whole crew were professional, easy to work with, trustworthy, knowledgeable and affordable that we decided to remodel the 2nd bathroom. "I hired Jenson to renovate my bathroom on October 10, 2025, with a contract stating a completion time of 7 to 12 days. However, the renovation was completed on November 25, 2025. The constant influx of workers entering my home, especially my disabled father, made me and him quite uneasy. On December 24, 2025, I reached out to Jenson because the grout was falling out and the senior grab bars were not properly installed. These issues posed a significant safety hazard for my father, who had a stroke and has right side weakness. My father was the sole reason I needed to redo my bathroom. Despite my repeated attempts to contact Jenson, I was assured that someone would come to address the issues. However, as of January 24, 2026, no one has shown up. Jenson had informed me on five separate occasions that someone would be coming, and I was home waiting for them, but they never arrived. Sadly I am left to resolve this on my own. I am disheartened, tired, frustrated and full of regret"

"After the toilet was changed on 9/1/23. The plumber refused to caulk the gap at the base of the new toilet. Gaudioso didn’t respond to my request to fix it. That left a gap and roaches were roaming out from that gap into my apartment for 11 days until I hired a handyman to caulk it. It costed me extra money and emotional distress"
