"Everything went very smoothly. We had two layers of shingles on our roof and some leakage issues. They examined the roof and gave us a quote on a new roof and a solution to the leakage issues. We had several contractors come out, assess the damage and then never responded again. When Rick's came out to give us a quote, they were on time, gave us a fair, clear quote and met with our insurance adjuster to make sure the adjuster understood the complexity of the project and the potential cost. - They were the third contractor to look at the leak I had into my house.  The other two contractors were not able to identify the problem.  Lakewoods Remodeling did.
- They identified that the leak was due to the sliding and not the roof.  However, there was a concern that removing and reattaching the 25 year old sliding would be difficult.  The siding was no longer available and I didn't want to pay for all new siding.  Lakewoods Remodeling did a detailed analysis on my situation and guaranteed that they could remove the old siding, make the repair, and reattach the old siding.
