But Ferlando kept me in the loop on when he would be able to start on my project, which was extensive to say the least. But once the weather got decent and they started on the project they had it finished faster than I would have thought possible and better than I'd ever imagined. My house looks brand new and I have to say this was probably the best money I've spent on this place. And it was more than reasonably priced. Their estimate to do the work was SUBSTANTIALLY below the other estimates I'd gotten and the work was superb. They even repaired things I wasn't expecting. "Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment.
