"They were on time and completed the job when they said it would be. The work was very good. The yard was cleaned up and the landscaping was not disturbed. The price was competitive. Overall I thought they did an excellent job. I will hire them for other projects."

"Company needs more knowledgeable and reliable workers or the Owner (Jose Perez) needs to be onsite more. After 12pm no workers showed up, so I had to contact the owner 3 separate days to verify if his workers were coming or not. Leveling of my back yard not completed as promised. One section of the stone wall for flower bed had to be done over. Not all the old molded mulch was removed as requested, but new mulch placed over it. No fresh soil, dirt or any type of lawn builder/prep was put in the areas where grass was put down. Also poor quality grass used although watered immediately and 2x daily, it still browned within 48 hours (with the proper dose of Scott lawn fertilizer still waiting for better results. Recently purchased some grass myself for other sections of my Lawn and it's doing well. (interesting). My suggestion, to avoid low quality plants and flowers please purchase them yourself. Have the owner provide a picture design of your project, naming each item and location. Regarding the $ value of the project as a whole, it would have been fair if it had been properly completed as agreed. Overall, Lesson learned, unless an emergency, be onsite as much as possible yourself and if necessary get a full independent inspection of the entire project before you make that final payment. Because a handshake and a promise is NOT what it use to be. I contacted the Owner by text to discuss and for suggestions, but he never responded back to me. I've waited 2.5 weeks before I wrote this review, in hope to hear from owner, but to-date nothing. However, I do wish the owner well in any future projects he takes on and use this project as a learning tool."

"The workers were courteous and respectful of our home. The major work was completed on time and the problem that we were experiencing (water leaking behind aluminum siding) was remediated (as far as we know). Make sure you get written hard-copy for estimates and materials. We didn't get any. Be forewarned however. Do not ask to have any other "little" tasks done. We also needed these guys to climb up on our roof to focus and tighten a security light fixture. This turned into a major operation, as they asked for an "estimated" up-front payment of $50. It took them 10 days to complete that minor task. To be honest, weather (rain) delayed the repair. But why did they require pre-payment?"

"I needed to get my brick walkway repaired from damage done by some deliverymen. The HOA was going to fine me and so it needed to happen soon. This company responded promptly and sent two skilled workmen who replaced the brick seamlessly (with some taken from the back patio) so the repairs didn't look odd. They worked politely and efficiently, and got the job done as promised in a few hours. Very happy with the results, will likely have them back for more work soon."

I am 22 years old working full time and trying to get a business started on the side. Even though I am young I have lots of experience. I enjoy working I started painting with my family at 5 years old stuck with that for a while. Then went to another company and got more experience in a different trade. I am willing to travel my goal next year is to be near Dallas but will travel back and fourth still. "Work was exceptional. Ron Stevens provided a detailed estimate within my budget. Ron dispatched a crew with Alfie being the supervisor. Over the course of six days, all grass in front and back yards was removed, area leveled, and replacement St Augustine grass was provided. Mature eagleston holly trees were provided in conjunction with miscellaneous shrubs and flowers. The color combination was very attractive. The installing crew was very knowledgeable and performed their work with care and professionalism. All areas were cleaned at the end of the work day. The crew was accommodating to minor changes regarding selection of plants. A sprinkler system was provided in all areas. I rate the quality of workmanship as A+. I would highly recommend Ron and his crew for any future work and I personally would definitely use them regarding any future work at my residence. I was very pleased with the end product."
