They have been working on my house since November, and if it hadn’t been for these guys, I would have never thought to file an insurance claim for the damages that I had. "I wish I could write a positive review, but the circumstances to my personal situation preclude that. My wife and I were able to use Redwine Home Improvements to adjust a foundation issue in our home. No issues to report here. However, in addition, RHI replaced my sump pump and promised interior caulking due to the effects of said foundation issues. The caulking has not been done and the sump pump ceased to work after initial installation. I have been attempting to contact, but texts and phone calls are largely ignored, and on one occasion, an insincere excuse was made as to why there was a no show, no call."
