"I was impressed seeing Brady & Son's all positive reviews on Angie's List, and when I called, Stephen was courteous and we set up an appointment for the following week. Stephen and Mario quickly and efficiently tackled all the issues, and Stephen explained what had been causing said issues. They also replaced the faulty light fixture in the office with a new one I had purchased but had been waiting to install. Due to an earlier job that ran late, the guys had arrived to the appointment an hour or so late (which Stephen had called about), and because of that, Stephen did not charge for the work performed. Even if this hadn't been the case, I still would have written a positive review (REALLY!) because the work was excellent, but I really appreciated that added level of customer service and accountability. "They tested everything and put a new kind of light bulbs in my overhead lights and that fixed the problem of the going off and coming on. They lightened up one outlet on my kitchen wall that was a little loose and also found that one of the outlets in the kitchen where our toaster is had a safety mechanism on it and it would go off and shut down the dining room outlets. We had no idea. The electrician explained everything to me and my brother. Everything is working properly now and I am truly happy with the outcome. Both the men who came were very nice and the young man who did most of the work was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He answered all our questions which was great."

"Excellent. We made an appointment for an estimate and the owner came out and looked at the work to be done and we received a clear, concise estimate a few days later. We called and set up an appointment and received a call the night before they were scheduled to verify the date and time they were coming. They were very friendly and professional and took their time doing the work. They let us know about anything unexpected. They were very tidy and patched the holes so the overall job looks clean and is ready to be repainted. Everything is well placed and exactly what we had hoped for in our new lighting. We paid a little more than what we may have paid for another electrician but are so happy with the experience and results, it was worth it."
