"It went fabulous. We emailed Adam after receiving three other quotes.  Adam's bid was under the rest, and in a shorter time frame.  From the time the wood arrived in our home, to the time that David and crew arrived, to the time that the work was finished, we were happy customers.

Denver Hardwood delivered our floor in a timely manner.  The man who brought the flooring in our house was respectful and prompt.

David and crew were great, and we appreciated their conscientious effort in cleaning up around themselves before leaving for the day, and getting a "plan for the day" each morning.  When we experienced a minor setback (involving a plumber's mistake), Adam and David were quick to help, and were flexible in working around the setback.  Had this setback not occurred, our floors would have been completed in a very short amount of time.  Due to the plumber's error, we did not get our floors completed for a couple of days later than scheduled.

When we had questions, Adam was prompt in answering them.  I especially appreciate David, who was very responsive and friendly.  The rest of the team was a pleasure to work with.  The final product is amazing, and we are so happy to have beautiful hardwood floors.  I would definitely recommend Complete Flooring, and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future."

"The owner, Todd, came to the house, measured, and gave me a quote via email. I was on a pretty tight timeframe, and he was able to work me in. One of his guys (Robert) did most of the work. The floor came out great. Better than I was expecting. He had to do some extra work around a toilet in the bathroom, but did not ask for extra money. They have an outstanding vacuum system that captures almost all of the dust. It is so effective, Robert doesn't even need to wear a dust mask. I will certainly call Todd again when I need hardwood floor work."

There were some issues with the prep so I'd recommend being sure your structural work is solid and just having them do tile work only (not installing cement board, niches or heated flooring.) I was very pleased with Gio's confidence and ability to manage the trim replacement around our second story deck. His team removed gutters in order to replace the trim. Then, they painted the gutters and reinstalled them. I was also pleased with Gio's experience using the Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Refresh paint.
