"They were on top of it called me. Asked me if a certain day was good I told them could we change to a day I had off they said of course. Carpet guys were also great. They did forget to hook my closet door up. A bit fustrating but I also didn't notice. But they took the time to clean the floors than lay new padfing than carpet. All 3 of those guys came out didn't mess around got job done 1 day and it was alot."

Then installation day arrives: 12/22/2025, a date they promised so our home would be ready before Christmas with family visiting. The installers walk in and immediately hit us with, ?Oh, by the way, you owe another $350 because the salesman miscounted seams.? For me, he is the perfect contractor because he is skilled and experienced enough to do a great job, and it is a small enough business that I always felt like my job was important to him (unlike some larger contractors I quoted the project with).
