"These folks are GOOD! We called on a Thursday afternoon, Two Technicians arrived within 1 hour and diagnosed the problem( I had already had a friend who is a retired HVAC Tech diagnose our unit). Unfortunately; they couldn't get to us until the following Tuesday(until the new parts came in/another Service Crew was available) so their Service Writer put us up in a nice hotel at no charge to us. The following Tuesday they were on location and started on time, and were completed (2 hours!) before their estimate. They cleaned up as they worked, even utilizing a large drop cloth inside to catch the stray insulation and miscellaneous debris Everything was double checked - inside and out, with all the questions I could think to ask; answered to my satisfaction, prior to the final cleanup. "They first installed a thermostat that my nephew gave me, but it was much to difficult to use and program. The gentleman that installed the thermostat asked me if I wanted to learn how to use the thermostat and I told him that it was not going to be something I could do. He sold me another thermostat that was much easier to use and easier to see. They did not charge me for the time that it took them to install the first unit. I am very happy with the new thermostat and it works great."
