"Mike with American Gutters was a pleasure to work with. He has been completing gutter installations for over 30 years, and it shows with his quality of service. <br /> While shopping for gutters, I contacted and obtained quotes from five companies, including American Gutters. I spoke with Mike every time I contacted the company, where other companies I would speak with whoever was available at the time. Mike also returned all of my telephone calls promptly. <br /> I called American Gutters, along with 4 other companies, for gutter quotes on my new home. Not only was American Gutters the least expensive, but they also quoted me for at least 10 additional feet of coverage than the next competitor. Mike also informed me that if he misquoted me and needed additional materials, he would not charge me for his mistake. <br /> Mike showed up to my home before I left for work one morning and was done with his work before I came home for lunch. The process took roughly 3 - 3.5 hours. He also left my residence clean and free of any debris or trash. The actual installation was done perfectly. He used quality materials, leveled all of our gutters, and placed the downspouts exactly where we discussed them to go. <br /> Overall, I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the job that Mike with American Gutter Company did for us. I would gladly recommend him to anyone I know and would personally use him again in a heartbeat! <br />"

"Ray and John did an excellent job.  I received three bids for my roof, and I chose Ray Rinardo's Home Improvement because of the good price and John's professionalism.  When getting the other bids, one of the other salesmen bad mouthed Ray and John.  When I asked John about his competition he offered nothing but accurate facts that were not negative.  I was impressed by his integrity and honesty. <br /> Ray and John's pricing is very straight forward with a flat price per square.  They then added many small extras at no additional charge.  When John was meeting with me to finalize the bid, he would point out things and offer to fix them within the original price that he had already told me.  I would have been happy to get a solid roof for the original price, and I was willing to pay more for the extras I wanted.  He told me that it wasn't necessary.  So in addition to my roof, they fixed a rotten cupola, added ridge vents over an addition that did not have proper attic ventilation, replaced rotten decking on a portion of my roof, and John even repainted and repaired a hood vent over my outdoor kitchen. <br /> They had my roof completed exactly 1 week from when I signed the contract.  It would have been done sooner, but they kept having rain delays.  Everything that John told me they would take care of was fixed.   They protected the landscaping and cleaned up everything so that it looked better than when they started.  Ray even cleaned out my carport that I had been putting off sweeping! <br /> I am extremely impressed with my roof, their work, and their price!  If you need a repair or a whole roof, do yourself a favor and call them!  They are good guys that are not out to gouge their customers.  Their pricing came out 17% lower than the highest bid, and was the same price as the other lowest bid.  I chose them over the other lowest bid because they offered much better materials and the lagniappe that I mentioned.  In the end it is a great roof at a good price. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"They did a poor job installing the building. The gutters on the porch cover leaks. Now that they have been paid for the job, they do not want to come and make the needed repairs. I have spoken to Edgar twice about the leaking gutters and still have not had them repaired. The worker do not clean up the area. We have had to have several flat tires repaired because of nails that were left on the ground. I DO NOT recommend their service."
