"The project went very well. The crew arrived ahead of schedule and went right to work preparing the area with protective tarps and ground cover. There are many flower gardens around the house and they made sure they were protected. The roof was stripped and all trash was thrown into a trash receptacle. Once the roof was stripped, the crew began reroofing. The entire house was reroofed by mid afternoon. I was very satisfied with the crew and the quality of the work performed. I would Extreme Exteriors for any home improvement project. I would give them a A Plus rating."

"The actual roof looks lovely and stopped all my previous issues. However, I experienced damage to interior walls due to the long term (3 weeks) storage of all my shingles on one side of my ridge. I was told it would be repaired, but we are five months later with no timeline on that project. The cleanup looked good on the surface, but I found lots of roofing debris and cigarettes in my landscaping. I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated."

J&M tree service was the only company we contacted that actually came out to our property to look at what we wanted done - two companies just sent e-mail quotes without even coming out to look. "The overall work was great. There were issues along the way that makes it difficult to give higher than a 3/5. I would break it down like this: Reliability: 1 out of 5. They never showed up when they said they would. We were often told they would be there at 9am, but then we were lucky if they were there by 2pm. They would say they were on their way at 10, but then now show up until 4pm. There were many days during the project where they didn't show up at all. We tried to be understanding of extenuating circumstances, such as truck issues and high heat indexes. We were also understanding of the distance the crew has to travel to get to us, though that is something they should have considered before accepting the job. Communication: 1 out of 5. In most cases, we had to initiate the contact to get any information on when or if anyone was going to show up. There was a complete lack of communication. We were very frustrated and annoyed throughout the majority of the project. We also had to request, multiple times, for an itemized invoice so we knew what we were paying for. We never did get one. Quality of work: 5 out of 5. Both decks are beautiful and well constructed. If I was reviewing on the work alone, the score would be much higher. The crew he brought with him were hardworking and cared about the quality of work they were doing, which was amazing. The entire project, as a whole, was stressful. The end product is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. To say we have mixed feelings about this company would definitely be accurate. It's hard to rave about the work that was done when the level of professionalism was so low."

"The furnace took 4 days to get approved( not counting a Sunday) the others were quick but the water heater had to be ordered so without hot water for a week. One ceiling fan was easy but within a year their policy changed and They would not install the one I purchased and had to get a new one approved and then ordered online and took several weeks to get straightened out. Not sure who was at fault, AHS, installer or scheduling with renter. Fee is usually $75 per visit"
