"We have a service contract with them; they do regular maintenance. They come out roughly every six months. The labor and visit was free. It takes about an hour to get the work done. Usually just one person comes out and does it. Usually it is the same person but it is not always the same person. Usually it is a small set of people so sometimes we recognize each other and sometimes we don't. The service contract itself is about $350. The price depends on the age of the unit, whether it is gas or electric or that kind of thing. I even recommended them to my mom."

The technician Ben arrived early. He was very thorough, meticulous, neat & clean. He showed us what he needed to do and what he found. He cleaned the back of the dryer & wiped the dirt on the floor that the vacuum could not remove due to several years of accumulation. Initially we just wanted duct & dyer vent cleaning. After seeing that the vent hose was crushed & leaking we decided to replace it . We had used another company years ago to do similar service & they could not compare with the outstanding job that was done by Ben. There are many that advertise for the same service but if you want exemplary results &service, our experience speaks for itself with this company. We are pleased with the quality of work Ben did.
