I was impressed by Chris when, after responding quickly, he came to the house to do an estimate. He was clear on what he thought needed to be done, but also said another large tree on my property was healthy and did not need trimming. Chris explained how the job would be done and provided evidence of workman’s compensation insurance, which I requested before the job was done. The crew members were very professional and patient with my questions on the steps they would take and then how they were operating.
