Our roof didn't need replacing, which is what the other company wanted to do, but it did need the water leak repaired and I wanted to improve ventilation in another area of the roof. The initial response was very good and Chase rearranged his schedule to meet with me right away and discuss my problems. "Russell Hill was the one bright spot of replacing my roof after storm damage. My insurance company dragged their feet for 6 months and initially refused to cover it's replacement or repair. After talking with different roofers, I went with Russell Hill because they were willing to help me through the process of "fighting" insurance. They helped me hire a public adjuster and would periodically check-in with me to assure me that I hadn't been forgotten and that the adjuster was still working on my case. Ultimately, they were right about the damage being covered by insurance and after a few months insurance agreed to cover it. Russell Hill quickly scheduled the replacement after confirmation and actual install of a ~1800 sq ft house roof replacement (including some roof element upgrades) took a day. Their staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful."

"Perfect. It was a 90’ plus day so they started at 6am. David showed up 30 min before his crew with a large case of Gatorade for them. His crew never stopped working. Very polite. My insurance only replaced what needed fixed for hail damage. He went above and beyond and upgraded my roof to ridge vents and replaced as many deck boards as I needed with my insurance check. David was a very polite and professional through the whole process. The clean up was unbelievable. My yard and landscape was a mess. By the time they were done, I couldn’t find a single roofing nail!! I plan on building a house in the near future and I want him installing the roof. "We needed 2 ridge vents replaced on each side of the house on the roof... the main ridge vent, at the peak, was already done a few months ago after it failed, due to poor design, which they are no longer using... which makes me realize, they are paying attention to their materials, and doing the right thing!! The job went extremely well...they actually came a day early, as a job finished up quicker than expected... they were fast and efficient... the supervisor showed me, and explained the difference, in what was up there, vs what was going up there now, since it was winter when they replaced the high peak, and we never saw it... *Let me also state, that it was Cochran that put our new roof on about 2 years prior, and the whole process with that, also went very well... and we love the roof, and have not had any issues with it!!! I did not have any issue w/the new product/ridge vent, or the installation....... So, my opinion is that Cochran is a good company, and trustworthy..."
