"I reached out on a Monday and they called me back within a couple hours, I then called them back near 5pm on Monday and they fit me in the next morning to look at a roof leak. They showed up, figured out was the problem was and fixed it the same morning. Also pointed out a clogged gutter and took care of that (no extra charge) and saw the roof on one of my sheds was looking bad and fixed that up in 10-15 mins (no charge either).
