"HW replaced my roof after a hail storm. This isn't necessarily unusual and the work performed was as expected. What is unusual, representing amazing customer service, is the willingness for the team at HW to come out and address items that cropped well over a year following the installation. These may or may not have been a result of the roof install, but in either event, the team fixed the issues with no question asked."

"We are actually talking about Windows not roofing and Matt and Alex were wonderful to work with! They were funny, understanding and they seem to have true family values as so does the company."

"We hired Billings Remodeling Inc. to put a new roof, siding, and windows on our home.  They did a fabulous job!  Joe was excellent!  Very prompt, professional, polite, and easy to work with.  I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking to have work done."

"I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service I received during the recent roofing project at my home. After experiencing some leaks identified by cracks in my ceiling, I knew I needed to address the roofing issue promptly. I sought estimates from three different companies, and I was particularly impressed with the fair pricing and the friendly demeanor of your team. Choosing Lil Dobos Roofing was an easy decision. I must say, your crew went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done to my satisfaction and the results speak for themselves—my roof looks fantastic! Thank you once again for your professionalism and dedication. I am truly a satisfied customer and will gladly recommend your services to friends and family in need of roofing."

"Noticed my roof was leaking so I called them and asked them if they could come out and take a look at it and figure out why it was leaking. Within a few hours they stopped out and took a look at it. Ended up being quite a few things needing repairs. They gave me a quote to do the entire roof, was very happy with the way it turned out. Cleaned everything up very nicely looked amazing and no longer leaked. Was extremely happy with everything all the way around."

"Great company, great service. We had storm damage. Greg and Eddie helped handling the claim with insurance and did great job replacing roof and doing other repairs. Highly recommend!"

"Douglas was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the solution to our leaking roof. What he originally estimated about a 45-minute job actually ended up being more like 3 hours. He accomplished this without any increase in the price of repair. Not only did he fix our leak but he cleaned out our gutters too! As he was leaving our neighbor and their young son came over, Douglas gave him a coloring book with a pack of crayons! I know it's just customer service but it made an impression on us and the little boy!"
