They offered excellent advice on how to accomplish the project, but only after they asked enough questions to find out exactly what we wanted. The bidding process was honest and straightforward. We had a fairly major project where a retaining wall had to be completely demolished and rebuilt from scratch, as well as a brick stairway reconstructed. It was explained how the stairway reconstruction could be either more or less expensive depending on factors that would only become apparent as the existing stairway was taken apart. We were given both a best case and worst case scenario for how long that part of the project would take, as well as the costs. At every point in the project, we were informed as to the conditions that had to be repaired. The work required ended up being in the midpoint of the range we were given, as well as the price. None of it was cheap, but we got excellent service."

Brian Palmer was the only one to ask if we had deer come through our property and when we said yes, he recommended a variety of plants that the deer would ignore yet still give us a nice option of colors and shapes. We had some very specific requests like gray boulders, black mulch and a mix of colorful plants that he was able to acquire, install and arrange for us.
