"Very well, all showed up on time last Thursday and all was done by 6:30 pm. I pointed out several issues during the process and were taking care of without arguing. I am satisfied with the work done. I was home which help quite a bit, retired so nothing else to do. I was able to negotiate better warranty and better shingles for a good price. Other company’s used different products that are not actually the best. James was good in explaining the difference. Will recommend this company. "Following my initial contact with State Roofing Company, their adjuster (Josh) promptly did an evaluation of the roof. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. After he examined the roof, the contract he presented indicated the specifics on the roof replacement and the cost. He was able bring out samples of shingles to decide on the color. The installation crew was efficient and professional. They were careful not to damage shrubbery in the front of the house and did a good job on cleaning up after completion of the job which took only one day. The crew that did rain gutter, downspout and rain gutter screens also was efficient and professional. Prior to selecting State Roofing Company, I was fortunate to be able to observe State's installation crew on the house next door and then compare with a different roofing company's installation crew on the neighbor's house on the other side. I felt State's workmanship was much better and so chose them. State Roofing Company's installation has definitely enhanced the appearance of the house.
