However, at the completion, the floor had an inconsistent haze throughout. When I contacted the owner he came over immediately. The problem was too much glue used leaving "patches" of haze. The owner made my house his #one priority. He provided a glue remover which his workman used. The workman was here at the house daily for about 2 weeks consistently. It took some "elbow grease" and daily time but the finished product is beautiful. I am so impressed that a company in this day and age truly stands behind both their product and workmanship!"
