"Working with Mario has been a pleasure. After recently moving into our new home, we engaged Mario to paint bedrooms, bathrooms, a laundry room, closets, front door to the house and so on. The outcome has been terrific. We are so much happier with the way our home looks now, so much more inviting. In one room where we only wanted to have one wall painted, Mario was able to get color-matched paint to make that happen. Mario made us feel confident in our paint color selections and even supported us when one selection turned out to be, well, awful. Remember, we selected the color. He listened to our concerns and opinions, made suggestions and helped us envision a different color approach. Now that room looks great. We requested other changes along the way, like asking Mario to paint rooms that were not in our original plans. He always responded to these changes in a positive, easy-going manner. He made the whole project easy for us. Just a great experience. We are so glad to have found Mario. We feel we have made a good friend in him. Our first round of paint projects is now complete. "My freezer started spraying water out of the back of the water line the night before I went on vacation. When I tried to fix the water line myself, it stopped making ice and kept spraying water. So I turned off the water and left for a week. When I got back on Saturday evening, I called On-Call Maintenance and we scheduled a service call for Sunday morning. He was quick to figure out what the problem was (a broken valve inside the freezer), had to go to Lowe's to get a part, and was quick to get it put together again. He explained what he did while we waited for the ice thingy to fill up. The price was good and the Sunday appointment was a life saver, since it's hard to take off work to meet a repair person."
