Not only did he install our 2 Skylights perfectly, he noticed the prior roof contractor didn’t install the Ridge cap correctly, so he removed corrected that. He also fixed our Stand & Seam roof that a tree had fell on, coated with 100% Silicone on that, our Carport, and Lanai roofs after power washing them. He did a great job, at a great price! "Besides Ken's rude attitude and poor manner, we gave him a good rate for his job. Most of the deck area, brick pavers, exterior house and windows are 90% clean. We gave him a poor rate for his attitude and manner. He yelled at us when we asked him to do the roof cleaning first. We're not sure if he remembers he should do the roof cleaning. He started cleaning the brick and deck first. In the past the professional pressure washer blew - clean the roof first before working on deck, pavers, etc. Their method of pressure washing was completely different. He is good at keeping us informed and he replied to my text msgs. He did not put all patio furniture back to the same place. He and his partner left without saying goodbye to us - not very nice. Probably yesterday Ken's day was bad. He was about two hours late, but he did let. us know that the would be late. He gave us 5% off each for senior citizen and honest review - very nice! We hope his attitude and manner will get better next time. ;-)"

"Charles and the Safe Touch team were very responsive from the start, sending an email response to my scheduling requests submitted through Angie's List. We settled on a date, and then Charles called back a couple of days later to let me know they could fit me in much earlier, which was great. They called the day of our appointment to confirm the approximate arrival time so we could coordinate our personal schedules.
The Safe Touch team arrived and got right to work, prepping the surfaces, moving a few potted plants and small items to protect them from the pressure spraying. They bring everything they need, and have the commercial tools that help get the job done quickly and effectively. The giant rotating scrubber cleans the driveway and walkways in minutes, which has taken me a few hours when trying to do it myself with a 'regular' pressure washer. The stone patio looked terrible, and was clean in minutes.
I had asked Charles about sealing the stone patio to prevent algae from returning as it had done the year before after I pressure washed it myself. He said had a sealant on hand that should keep the patio protected for up to three years, so we negotiated a reasonable price, and I have to say it was money well spent. Hopefully I can say the same 1-2 years from now, but I watched them put on a good coating and it looks great.
This is the second year we've called them, and we've been pleased both times. In fact, the driveway barely needed cleaning, except along the sides and under bushes/trees because Charles had treated it with a light sealer the year before. 
If you're looking for a professional pressure washing team that really does a great job, both in quality, efficiency/speed, and reasonably priced, please call Charles and the Safe Touch team. They will exceed your expectations.
Note: the price I quoted in this review included applying the patio stone sealant, which was additional to the $359 Angie's List offer. Knowing the price of the sealant, the extra $200 was worth it.

"I would recommend Kenny from K&S to others in need of roofing work. He was professional, efficient, and reliable. Due to my own procrastination, my home still had broken roof tiles from Hurricane Irma, about 15 to 20 of them. My home insurance provider did an inspection recently and then sent me a letter giving me only 3 weeks to repair the tiles or they would end my coverage. Late one night this week, I reached out to several service providers through Angie's List. Kenny responded the next day and we set an appointment for the following day. When he arrived, he inspected the damage, we quickly agreed on a price, and he started working right away. He came back the next day to complete the job. While I received a quote from another company that was lower, that company was not available soon enough. "This is a well-deserved, very positive review. We highly recommend this company. My wife and I decided to act preemptively and replace our roof because we didn’t want it to start leaking. I did a search on Angies List and came up with several promising candidates. We solicited bids and interviewed those most promising. J&M roofing submitted the lowest bid, but that wasn’t the only reason we selected them. Kevin (Marketing Director) and “Shy” (General Manager) made the most impressive presentation so we awarded them the contract. Work began on schedule and we were most impressed with the work team. They worked very hard, in terrible conditions (hottest week of the year) for 12 and 13 hour days. They completed the project (about 4,000 sqft) in 3 days, just as Kevin had predicted. They cleaned up after themselves real well. They were al very friendly and responsive to any requests. The GM came out twice to check on the progress and to do a final inspection of the roof himself. He found two shingles that he felt needed to be replaced and someone came quickly to do this. There were several other inspections to make sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. The final result is a beautiful new roof, We couldn’t be more satisfied. Quality control is definitely high on their list of priorities."
