The issue was due to be fixed 2 days after inspection, however, he returned the next day due to expected rain on the original date of return. "I had a water leak that damaged my living room ceiling. He came out, cut out the drywall to determine the source of the leak. Then repaired the pipe, replaced the ceiling drywall and painted. He was fast and thorough. Now you can’t tell where the ceiling was damaged. He did a great job. I highly recommend him."
