He assured me he understood what was needed, he provided such letters in the past. The work was completed satisfactorily early this year but he never provided what I hired him to provide. "Scott came to my sisters house to diagnose and repair a washer that was trickling cold water. He told her that the machine was not getting water and the problem was the valve and plumbing feeding the hoses. Call a plumber. I went there an had a look thinking that that was unusual to be blocked with public water and pressure. I disconnected the hoses from the washer and put them into the tub and turned the water back on. The wasn't a flow problem. It was the cold water solenoid on the machine that quit working. It is an electronically controlled valve. Kaput. I ordered one and replaced very easily. I called Scott and thought I'd tell him what the problem was. I wasn't angry, just gave him a call. I wasn't expecting him to raise his voice in defense of his misdiagnosis and what he charged. He told me she was lucky that I hadn't charged full price. lol. I said she was lucky that she didn't waste more money having a plumber tell her that there wasn't a water supply problem. I really wasn't expecting him to get loud and defensive. I thought he might be humble, admit a mistake and possibly offer a refund. But was told that he did her a favor only charging her $89.00."

"Was it the worst experience...? Was it the best experience...? Neither. Yes, I have hot water. Yes, the piping looks great for the tankless hot water. But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."
