"We hired green star to do a pretty large shadow box fence for us. They came out and quoted us in a pretty timely manner, and the fence looked good when they finished. However, a couple weeks later the screws started popping out on multiple pickets. The pickets are bowing in quite a few places because the wrong screws were used. I contacted them and was told that they would be out to replace pickets that week. Two weeks later I contacted them again because no one showed up, again no one came. I contacted them again and was once again told they would come replace pickets that week. They never showed up, so my husband went ahead and fixed it himself. Overall not impressed."

"We contacted Coors for a quote on a new front French door. Scott came out within a week to take a look at the door we were hoping to replace. I was very impressed that he took the entire trim off my existing door to get an accurate measurement for the new door. He provided us with a quote for the new door within the week and kept in great contact with us while the door was ordered. When they installed the new door, they did a fantastic job and even took the extra time and effort to match the trim stain exactly. We couldn't of asked for a better end result! In fact, we are having them replace another door next month. Very professional, punctual, and great to work with!"

"The installation went well, the problem was that the fence took 2 months to arrive. The color and size was a special order, and supplier had just made their customized run so we had to wait until the next run. Blue’s fence communication was bad, the original date for install came and I had to call them when they did not show up. They then updated on issue. I told them when the second month came, that if it did not arrive and get installed within the week I was canceling the order. It arrived the next Tuesday and they installed it Wednesday"

"<p>I had all exterior boards on my deck replaced.  My deck is about 450 square feet.  Lyndon came out and informed me of procedure, time frame and price.  He was very courteous and professional.  He explained to me that because boards were cedar they will need to be washed to remove film prior to staining.  There was no visible film at this time, but he let me know this was needed.  I had no doubt that Lyndon could do a quality job.  He was highly recommended.  The problem was, Lyndon didn't do the work, his crew did.  It is my opinion that his crew didn't do a very good job.  When the deck was finished there were "globs" of residue on the deck, siding, fence, and patio furniture.  I had placed furniture in my yard away from deck so residue on it was puzzling.  After I complained, Lyndon came out and inspected the work.  He said not to  remove residue from deck because it contained some treatment and color. (deck was slightly tinted)  He also said residue would vanish by following spring.  Here we are almost a year later and residue is still noticeable on the deck.  The residue on siding, fence, and furniture are no longer apparent.  I had to replace 5 of the new board on the deck and someone from Wood Medic came out and treated these boards.  I was not home at the time, but they did a wonderful job.</p>"

"They are terrific. I absolutely love them. They will be coming back in the spring to do my roof. The guy suggested that I get the work done in the spring. When he came out to do the work, he removed my back door and put siding on the outside. He finished the inside. He changed the bathroom door for me. He also installed a new natural gas, tankless water heater for me. He was just terrific. Even the people, who worked for him, were outstanding. He also did a panel in the bedroom. They were all fantastic. He knows that I am a widow and has come back out several times to help me with my driveway. He was the most reasonable. I spent over $3000 on the job. He did excellent work. He is such a nice person. You will feel totally comfortable around him. He explains everything he does. He and his crew go out of their way in doing their job. I will use this company again in the future."

"I needed parts installed in a Weber gas grill. Called Brian on a Saturday morning and he arrived that afternoon. Parts installed quickly and even cleaned the grill! Very satisfied! Nice guy. Will use his services again if needed."

"The owner responded immediately for an estimate in spite of his busy schedule. He got my project scheduled in two weeks. Harry, the owner was on site both days of my project. We went over exactly where I wanted the fence and the gates. Harry, his right hand man John, his crew Steve and Brandon started work right away. It was extremely hot and humid and they worked steady until quitting time. <br /> The first day they had all the holes dug for the posts, the posts set and the horizontal boards up. My backyard is pretty big and they were finished on the second day. The fence looks great. The walk through gate and drive through gate look great and work great. I have had many compliments on the fence and it was finished just yesterday. The crew was very polite, very professional and worked very hard. They cleaned up and were gone. Harry came back the next day to show me how to work the gates and we walked the fence line to check everything out. Looks awesome!!! Harry assured me that if I had any problems at all that he would take care of them. <br /> <br /> FYI the price was very reasonable and lower than other local fence installers. "We were extremely pleased with the whole process. Gary has been doing fence installing for a number of years and recently started All American Fencing on his own. First thing he does is stop by to estimate (for free) the job based on all the hardware/matierials you need plus his labor which is usually based on linear feet of the job. The thing that got my attention early on was that instead of buying all the materials through him, he gets estimates from any stores you choose (or his suggestions) using all the specs. for the job. Then you (the customer) simply pays for the materials directly to whatever store you choose and pay Gary directly for the labor when the job is done. This saved me a lot of money and the fence looks wonderful."
