Even though I purchased them in my own, he went over all the manufacturer paperwork and warranties. He cleaned up after himself, ( which rarely happens) and left no mess. "Everyone at Honest Appliance Service & Repair is outstanding! It's family owned and operated, which means they have great customer service and they guarantee their work. I called because my dryer stopped working and Anthony, the owner, was very knowledgeable about my situation and was happy to speak to me at length sharing his wisdom and experience. Before booking the appointment, I asked him (not holding him to any firm quote of course) about how much people usually spend to fix their dryer. He quoted me a price that was above average for what others paid, according to HomeAdvisor, but I figured out the reason why. Anthony wasn't just quoting me a cheap price to get my service. He was honest about the fact that when he ran his diagnostic test, it was common for more than one part to need replacing. He also shared that a lot of people decide they want to replace a part that may not be necessary broken at that moment but that would need to be replaced down the road. Instead of having to call for service again, they choose to replace the part at that time. It was clear that Anthony is really about serving his customers well, and treats each person as if they were a member of his own family. I was also able to speak to Jeremy, Anthony's son, who is a service tech. Jeremy was happy to speak to me at length about my dryer also, and had the same spirit of excellent customer service. Linda, in the office, was also great. "Excellent work by an efficient and profession plumber. Bought the tap install through Angie list but was informed upon arrival that changing the turn offs was not included even though I had the taps and all the valves and lines. The up charge was another 120.00 to change valves and lines along with the taps. The outside hose tap cost another 80.00 to change out with me supplying the new tap. The plumber arrived and completed all the work in 45 minutes plus another 15 minutes for paperwork. Including the price I paid to Angie's List, this one hour job ended up costing over 250.00 for 1 hour labour as I supplied all the plumbing parts. The work was well done, but 250.00 an hour for a plumber is outrageous. Would not recommend them for this reason. Buyer beware that adding on extra work on an Angie list price is very expensive."
