"We hired Joe to seal our entire roof, per the quote. Come to find out later after a rain storm, he sealed the roof minus the patio overhang. This area had been included in a previous quote that he had submitted. We have contacted him multiple times to request he fulfill the scope as quoted and he has stopped responding. While his prices seem reasonable, this is questionable and ethical business practices. I would stay far away."

They cleaned up the surrounding area of debris that was removed, protected surrounding homes from the spray foam that was used. They were prompt and came when they were scheduled.
