Additionally, we're glad to offer detailed inspections, in-depth consultations and educated advice. With the support of a thoroughly-trained and highly skilled crew of in-house technicians, we have special teams of experts dedicated to each of our commercial & residential divisions that are fully equipped with the knowledge and experience necessary to see your project through.

Thomas Nordstrand grew up in west Texas and was brought up in a military family. Thomas became an Army officer in 1984. In 1989, Thomas earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at El Paso majoring in Finance and Marketing. From 1989 to 1997 he worked in Los Angeles, Austin and Albuquerque in various capacities as a regional manager for a hamburger chain and also a convenience store chain. In 1997, Thomas earned his Master in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico majoring in Production Operations Management. Upon completion of his MBA he went to work for Intel Corporation and worked in the purchasing and sales departments. In 2000, while working at Intel he returned to UNM to work on his Master of Engineering degree concentrating in Structural engineering. In 2004 Thomas started Southwest Roofing and has been the owner since that time.

"So far not so great. We had 5 windows installed on 12/31 and the job was not great. Each of the windows have a noticeable breeze coming in through the trim work (some leaking worse than the original window in its place). This in itself was just the start. They have been a nightmare to contact. We made several attempts through phone and email over two days, once being transferred 4 times before that rep tried texting our rep with zero success. It wasn't till we escalated higher that they finally got in contact. So far this has been a poor start to contract that we will be paying for many years. (Edit - Reduced to 1 Star. As we were told we would hear from the service team and after giving another two days there has still been no communication and no manager has reached out to us either, though the response from Andersen stated one would reach out ASAP. The lack of communication is severely disappointing. Finally had the team come a month later 1/31/25 drywall damaged during removal.) (Edit 2 - Wish I could take away the single remaining star. This company is so beyond incompetent and unprofessional. They do not care about their customers and continue to provide zero service. Today 3/1/2025 two months after install we were supposed to have the drywall repaired from the damage done on reinstall. The contractor never showed, never reached out and there was zero way for us to contact anyone within the company. After many attempts through email and phone we are left with no confidence that this will ever be fixed. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO DESTROY YOUR HOME!)"
