"I Highly Recommend (MENACI DESIGN DRYWALL The King Of Drywall) (818) 335-9147 (The Price is More than Fair) If you're in need of high-quality drywall services, look no further than MENACI DESIGN DRYWALL. This company truly lives up to its title as The King of Drywall. From the moment I contacted MENACI DESIGN DRYWALL, I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Their team was prompt, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the drywall installation process. They listened carefully to my needs and worked with me to develop a customized plan that met both my budget and my timeline. The installation process itself was seamless and efficient, with the team working tirelessly to ensure that every detail was perfect. They were respectful of my property and left everything clean and tidy once the job was completed. What sets MENACI DESIGN DRYWALL apart from other drywall companies is their commitment to using only the highest-quality materials and their dedication to staying up-to-date on the latest industry techniques and trends. The result is a finished product that is not only visually stunning but also incredibly durable and long-lasting. Overall, I cannot recommend MENACI DESIGN DRYWALL enough. If you're looking for a company that truly lives up to its name as The King of Drywall, look no further than MENACI DESIGN DRYWALL. You won't be disappointed!"

"They kept breaking the tiles on the roof they installed so they had to keep ordering new tiles to complete the job. The problem was they resorted to texting on occasion until they were asked to actually call us to resolve, which is not very professional. Our biggest concern is the solar installation. There were delays because they did not install the correct breaker. Now we found out that some of the panels are facing the wrong way and need to be re-positioned. We are unable to monitor the effectiveness of the system they put in even though they told us we would be able to. They're having trouble getting access to monitoring for us so they can see what is happening with our panels but we can't. They have continually asked for payment although they have not completed the job to our satisfaction. That was the same even when the roof wasn't completed they wanted payment. I would not recommend them to others. They were great at first but their responsiveness has been lacking and the work has continually gotten sloppier. Their demands for the payment have also become more frequent."

"The were very professional and prompt. We had not had the windows jams and screens wash since the windows were installed almost ten years ago and now they look great.

"The gentleman who came to do the work (Rudy) was friendly and punctual, but just didn't seem very detail-oriented or professional, and he didn't come to the job very prepared.
He came to install a skylight tube. He went up into our attic and started working - and he cut a hole in our ceiling down from the attic without *measuring the dimensions* first. After punching a big hole in the ceiling he realized he couldn't put the skylight tube there because there were framing members in the attic that restricted his access, and the skylight tube wouldn't fit but he'd already made a big hole there. So then he asked to borrow our tape measure because he hadn't brought his with him (?!?). After trying for quite some time to shave away the beams in the attic and make the skylight tube fit, he gave up and cut away the attic beams. Finally he could have room for the skylight tube. Except then he had to brace the beams in the attic to reinforce the area he'd cut away. But he didn't have any materials in his truck that would work. So again he asked if we had anything in the house he could use. We scrounged around down in our garage and found some pressure-treated 2-by-4's that he cut & nailed & used to brace the beam cutout in the attic. By his own admission they were the wrong size and the wrong material, but that's what he used. When he was finished with the skylight tube installation, the area of the ceiling around the tube opening was cracked, smudged, gouged, and all-around pretty ugly. We had no choice but to leave it that way until next time we repaint the ceiling, so it still looks bad even today.
He also installed a solar attic fan, and he gave us a discount after all the adventures with the skylight tube. A discount was nice, but I wouldn't hire him again. Now I'm considering bringing in another contractor to repair the damage he did in the attic.

"John, took care of the problem quickly, he went up the roof and replace the tiles. He also notice a couple of things on my roof that for him is a major issue, took a photo of it and showed it to me.. He came back to fix those issues. He went up on the roof again did the work, he took a photo of before and after the job and showed it to me. He is very pleasant to work with and he knows what he is doing. I highly, highly recommend John."

"Jim put off other work that he already had scheduled in order to fix my structural issue at my house. The ceiling was dropping down in my living room and could have been a catastrophe. He made sure to shore up my living room so that there was no additional damage. It started raining and I developed a leak in the roof and Jim went and got some caulking and went up and stopped the leak. My living room now looks as if nothing happened here. Jim also stayed up late into the night preparing drawings that the county required. He provided EXCELLENT craftsmanship. If you need an excellent contractor use Jim Christian!"
