"This past week, Reed Roofing replaced the entire roof on my house due to major wind damage that occurred earlier this year. They did a very professional job, and performed all the work exactly as promised. "The workers that Dave sent were very friendly and considerate. When they unwrapped the old wood on the columns, they found that there were no posts inside. They had to go and get 6x6 posts and install those. Then they replaced the old wood with pvc materials (my choice) and added trim to the top and bottom of the columns. Then they painted them and they look exactly as I had envisioned - so pretty! They also installed a wrought iron handrail that I had ordered for the steps ."

On this occasion of installing new hardwood floors in our entire downstairs, Tom and his team were very considerate about the timeline of the project to ensure that we were displaced from our usual routine as little as possible.  We first talked about how we use the downstairs rooms of our house so that a plan could be devised to minimize the disruption to our lives while the demolition of the old hardwoods and the installation of the new hardwoods was going on.  It was a very smooth process, and we did not feel like our lives were altered very much at all while all that was happening.
