Estimated cost $2425.07 Part 4: Master bathroom convert garden tub to shower. Estimated cost $3069.34 An additional $3318.60 was added for tax, supervision, and overhead. This is the type of top level company we would hire if we had a stick-built house. This home does not warrant more than low-cost basic improvements.
