Adam responded promptly to our quote request, called to get specs and provided a fair and affordable quote. And importantly he worked us in to his schedule to begin within just a few days. We joined a FaceTime to review the site and specs we wanted as we would not be available to meet him at our RV for start of project. He started project on time and his crew was super efficient while building a high quality 11x18 deck with railing and a gate that looks amazing all in one day even working in the rain on a challenging as well as a small worksite. His crew was careful around our RV and respectful of our property. He shared photos with me over the course of the day to show progress which we really appreciated. Trip Charges are included in the price per job. I do give FREE estimates on all jobs with the exception of " Insurance Estimate Jobs". For any job that is requiring an estimate for the insurance company. There will be a charge of $25.00 per estimate. IF I am awarded the job, this $25.00 will be deducted off of your final price. Therefore making it a FREE estimate. Unfortunately I've given FREE estimates in the past for these jobs, only to have the homeowner ONLY use me long enough to get the money from the insurance company & I never hear from them again. This is the only way I can see to keep it honest.
