"I called at about noon for an appointment. They said appointment would be Monday or Tuesday. They called back about an hour later and said someone could be there by 3pm. I accepted. They arrived on time. The tech was clean and personable. He diagnosed the trouble in minutes and explained the situation. He said he needed to order parts and asked for a deposit which I gave him. About 2 minutes later he said one of his colleagues had the part and would be here in 15 minutes, it was. He repaired the appliance, cleaned up the mess and swept the floor afterwards. When I purchased the new garbage disposal, he installed it and I asked him if he could look at my side by side refrigerator freezer and the one I had in the basement with a top freezer and I was having a problem with them leaking water because the lines were freezing up. He looked at them before he left and said he could fix them but had another appointment after mine. He came back the next day and fixed both my refrigerator/freezers. No problems with them now.
