"Rooftop did a fabulous job with this complex project. They took the time to walk us through its many facets and to help us figure out what we wanted in terms of the skylight replacement. All team members were courteous and responsive to our many questions. We were struck by the level of respect they showed each other, and us, and the genuine pride they displayed for each other's skills and work. Though this job required a huge outlay of money on our part, we had water leakage that needed to be solved, and we felt that the cost was reasonable and fair for the work that was required and the materials needed to do the job well. We are so happy with the results! The roof and skylights look terrific, and we are relieved to finally have our water leaks solved. We didn't know when we bought the house 20 years ago that the skylights had not been installed well, and what it would take to make it right! "Damon is great. He was out on our roof assessing what needed to be done, back to measure 7 skylights, and then back to drop off a sample of the shingles we picked in case the HOA wanted to see it for approval. The team of installers and workmanship was great. Damon was on site all day each day. Things that people care about: they covered the bushes and ground areas with tarps and they cleaned up each day. Price was lower than other companies. Another company wanted to remove our cooper flashing and replace it with aluminum. Roofcrafters saw no reason do that, saving us money and saving our nicer flashing."

"I had problems with a leaking roof on a 19th century log cabin in Madison county.  Repeated attempts at spot repair failed and I finally had to bite the bullet and get the roof replaced.  A challenge in this rural area is finding reliable contractors who are willing to travel to get the work done, but Blue Ridge was responsive and submitted a competitive bid.  Metal roofing is never cheap, but they were very professional and worked with me to keep the costs reasonable while maintaining the historic character.  It took a while to schedule the job, as I recall, between competing work and rain, but they came when they said they would, and completed the job promptly and professionally.  I'd use them again for such a job, but the thing about metal roofs is, if done right, you don't need another one for 30 years!  In any case, a great job at a competitive price. <br />"

"I have never had gutters on my home, so when Gutter Guys visited to do an estimate, they needed to look at the entire home, front and back. They gave me several options including only having the front of the home done, or having the entire house done in normal gutters. They also gave me prices for the cadillac of gutters which has the "GutterGard" which leaves no need for cleaning out the gutters. The idea of climbing a ladder a couple times a year was not inviting, and once they shared a payment plan with me, I was sold. They did the estimate and came back on the day they promised and on time. The work was done quickly, but very efficiently. They showed me what they were doing and how the installation would be done. Once finished they cleaned all their mess up and left me with great looking gutters! I would highly recommend the Gutter Guys! <br />"

"Everything looks absolutely gorgeous! Finishing work had great attention to detail. Plumbing was corrected to make our chosen bathroom fixtures work for the space. Drywall, paint, ceilings, floors, new french door to outside, new siding and paint outside, new covered porch, all done with professional timing and attitude. They worked with us and gave helpful suggestions and even fit in extra projects along the way. Would definitely hire them again!"

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
