"Grifco's communication was severely lacking during this job. I hired out for an exterior door jam replacement, a sliding screen door installation for another door, and to install a smart lock. The job took over 9 hours and he was at the home until 8pm at night.. it should have been a two-day job knowing it would take him as long as it did. On top of that, he didn't communicate any preferred form of payment and only took cash or a check... I had to go to the bank at 8pm at night to pay him vs him sending me a standard invoice upon completion of work. He charged me for the smart lock installation which wasn't even accurately assembled. Super disappointed in the quality of work and communication. "

In spite of the corrosion and difficulty in removing the old fixture and installing the new one, Mr. Barrett never lost his patience and continued to work on the fixture at a time when most plumbers probably would have given up and tried to sell me lots of expensive new piping.
