So, they check everything and occasionally they've done other things such as they've installed a new thermostat, things like that. Actually, that was on the initial visit, and that was an additional price. I've used them I think for a year and a half. It's reasonable, it's part of the package plan. Everything's been running pretty well. I just think they're pretty reliable, professional and easy to deal with. The interactions are very good. They explain what's going on if there is a problem they make sure that I understand what it is and I don't put any pressure on me to make a decision. I would say it's a good working relationship. It was an hour or an hour in a half to do the work, but there was something else that he found and I told him to go ahead and do that too. Everything was just as it was."

I did have to have them come back out and adjust it but it was a minor thing and they didn't charge me and the service was just fine. They did a quick work. It was effective. It was cheap. They listened to what I wanted in replacing the pipes and the orientations that I wanted. When the guy came back out, he even fixed an additional pipe that was kind of leaking next to the other one with no charge."
