I had also spoken to other companies as part of our planning and Borders was the most professional & had the best communication by far… that’s one of the most important things to me & it should be to you. Once we started the process, Andy kept me apprised of every step, including the process with the City permitting and PG&E. When we were cleared to go, all of the resources with the City as well as PG&E were coordinated and ready to go. On the day of install, Andy and his team were here early, prepared with all materials & supplies and hit the ground running. Andy was great about explaining the steps & components being included in the job. While here, Andy was also able to take a look at a couple of issues in our home. Shortly after, I hired Borders to install a number of GFI outlets. The job was scheduled quickly and completed professionally. I HIGHLY recommend Borders, have told neighbors & will use them again!"

"We found Landmark construction energy crew, after being frustrated in the past from other contractors. From the initial meeting that we had with Charlie, we were impressed. Their values of customer satisfaction and their deliver everything they said. Charlie was the manager of the work and he was on time for all the meetings that we had with him. He was very straight, kindly and motivated to be invited into our house. He came back and took all the measurements that he needed for the kitchen, asked us many questions about what we would like to include in the new kitchen and 3 days after, he brought us a 3D design for us to look at and see how it will most likely look like. It was exciting to see how fast they could generate a nice design. Charlie knew what he’s doing and we were sure he has done this type of jobs many times before. Their prices are reasonable. We wanted our kitchen finished as soon as possible, so we agreed with Charlie to start the following week. That gave us little time to buy all the appliances, hardware, countertops, tiles Etc… Charlie personally went with us to 2 showrooms where we picked out our tiles and countertops. He also helped us to search and buy all the options for the (sink, faucet, hardware and more…). To be honest, I was probably a nightmare type of work. We moved out of our place during the month of the remodeling and we were a little worried that something would go wrong and we would end up on a terrifying remodeling show. Now after this remodeling is over, we can say clearly that is nothing to worry about when Landmark construction energy crew are working at your house. Their workers was clean, friendly, willing to answer questions. I discovered that Charlie visits the job site every few days, but he too sincerely cares about your home. He always called regarding the schedule, timeline or if there was a problem that need to be solved. We asked for changes to the electric wiring after the tiles have been installed. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely yes. We will refer this company to all our friends."

"Overall it went well. They came out the day prior for the Estimation, and came back the following day. It was a long day for everyone, but of course it was done correctly to Code and done Above and Beyond expected. They even stayed to do the New Electrical Switches, as opposed to coming back another time.

"I hired REM Electric off of HomeAdvisor. I would highly recommend this electrician. He does excellent work and came in under budget and on time. He had excellent suggestions on how to save money and how to get the results I wanted. He had no problem answering my questions or even letting me assist in some of the prep work for the job (which saved me more money). I would not hesitate to hire him again. He is not only very friendly, but exceptionally well informed about his trade. He was willing to work with me every step of the project and help me save money by his suggestions. I interviewed (and had bids from) over ten electricians to finally find one that I would work with and Mr. Robert Marland was that electrician. I had others that bid the project lower and others a lot higher but at time and material he was clearly well worth his rate. Wish I had found him sooner and that he was available for my other properties. This was an older (1964) one story residence that was in bad need of upgraded lighting and now the place is well lit and the remodeling is continuing. I replaced ten lights and added an additional 17 more along with two ceiling fans. Now, I can see even when working late into the night. Cannot say how much of a difference this makes. I would rate the quality of his work five out of five, in fact I would give them a six if I could. As far as his customer service once again five and five. As far as the value for the money spent an excellent value. I was able to go up in the attic and view his work and he takes exceptional pride in the quality and attention to detail even for work that is not normally seen by his customers. He is fast and efficient and well worth his hourly rate (I normally do not hire by bids but by hourly â job vs time and material)."
