"Many of our boxes arrived in deeply damaged condition, with many of the worst boxes being those labeled as "fragile", as well as a few of our furniture pieces being delivered were damaged and broken SEE ATTACHED PICTURES. The most concerning of these incidents is the delivery of one of our boxes nearly completely ripped open, appearing to have been rummaged through. Our delivery driver showed up over an hour beyond our communicated window of 12pm-8pm, arriving at 9:15pm on a Sunday night which caused strain with our landlord and community as there are residential quiet hours. He also did not communicate this delay until around 7:45 pm. During the initial pick up, the crew lost the key to the service elevator for my apartment building and offered to cover $50 of the replacement fee but insisted if it cost anymore, it would be on me to cover this fee. My partner was away at the time and as a woman alone during the pick up stage, I didn't feel comfortable pushing back and I had assumed "
