"Last year Northland Fence installed a tan vinyl privacy fence for my 1 acre lot, replacing a rotted cedar fence that was falling down. I was really impressed by the post design as a means to anchor the fencing without future rotting issues, and it saved lots of installation time versus the older cement process. This was a huge fence, and they completed in two days of work, and the fence looks great! Fast forward one year later and strong winds this year have knocked over 6 x 30-foot trees from my neighbor's yard into my yard, damaging the fence in multiple places, bending posts and breaking side panels. Tim came by to perform the repair last week and the fence is completely restored to previous condition in about 2-3 hours of work. You could not tell that so much damage had occurred except for some cleaning that I need to do. While onsite, Tim also addressed some sag in installed fence doors with very well-built diagonal braces and adjusted the doors to being square. He was polite, professional, and delivered great results - represents the Northland Fence brand well. Strongly endorse the fence solutions from Northland. "The saleperson met with us quickly after we asked for an estimate.  She provided a couple of different options as well as pictures of the different fencing.  She was able to provide on the spot pricing.  The pricing was pretty consistent with the others we had quoted and we chose artistic fence because their nicer option was 300 cheaper than the competition.  After scheduling out 3 weeks we were able to make a couple of changes to our original estimate.  The gentlemen that worked on the fence worked diligently and professionally.  It was completed in 3 days.  The only constructive comment I will make is they don't tell you that the dirt accumulated from digging the post holes is your responsibility.  We didn't ask in the first place, but it would have been nice to know that we had some work ahead of us that isn't included in the job.  The gentleman was very good about asking where to put the dirt/clay until I could get to it.  Overall, price was good, fence looks great, and no issues.

"Very happy with owner, salesman, and work crew. They rescued me after another contractor started the fence, then walked off the job. They put up most of the fence in the winter, put up temporary fence in the spots that could not be done due to the season, then returned in the spring to finish. They were very considerate of my indecisiveness by making suggestions that would fit my needs. They were very tolerant of, and pleasant to, my two obnoxious dogs. Since the fence has been in place, three different people have stopped to ask me who did the fence, because it looks so nice from the street."

"I called on Thursday and scheduled my appointment for Tuesday morning. Ben showed up promptly at 7am ready to get to work. He ran into a snag due to my older plumbing under the sink and made a run to Home Depot for some additional parts. He got back and finished up the install without any problems. He was very informative and explained everything to me. Very professional and cleaned up when he was done."

"It is a really beautiful fence and arbor.  After not having a fence facing the alley for many years, and finally deciding to have one, I wanted to have a quality fence to provide some privacy but done in a more open and creative style to complement my gardens.  Hal Morris and his workers exceeded my expectations for quality and style.  He was able to fulfill my requests for a built-in trellis on the fence.  The arbor is beautiful and very sturdy.  His craftsmanship is remarkable.   He did have a very busy schedule, and had to wait a bit to get it started, but it was well worth the wait.  If you are looking fencing ideas that for your property, he has an ability to see what will look good in a specific area.  Very happy with his services and would highly recommend him."

"The whole process from beginning to end was painless as can be. No pressure what so ever. No gimmicks like the others had. No sign today for this deal crap. Pete the project manger was very nice & easy to deal with. Updates were right as things happened as they said it would. Reese & Ryan were our installers. 4 windows & a door. Very pleasant guys! It's an old house so they found a few issues along the way but took care of them. I witnessed MANY extra steps that they were taking along the way & it was really nice to see. Just don't see that much anymore... All in all a great experience! We are very happy with the end result & will for sure hire them again.... The only complaint would be it was pushed out a couple times but what isn't these days...."

"This is my second time using American Fence. The first was a cedar batton board privacy fence at a rental property I own. The second was brown vinyl chain link and galvanized chain link at my residential home. Overall the installation of both fences was tremendous. Everything went on schedule and in the manner which I was told it would. I was able to purchase both fences at a cost of roughly 10% less than other bids I had recieved. There was a downpayment paid for all material.
Final payment, however, was not given until after completion and a final walk-thru. Upon conclusion my yard was so clean it seemed they had not even been there. I could not have been more satisfied. The owner of the company worked side by side with his employees, always something refreshing to see in my opinion. They were also very helpful and polite toward me and my family.

"I've probably said this before, but don't tell anyone how GREAT House Doctor's is! I have used House Doctor's several times in the past year and their work is always fantastic. They are meticulous and detail-oriented on every job. I recently asked Brad to install slate tile in a small half-bath. He worked through installing a level subfloor, then laid down the tile to show me how uneven it was. Thank God for Brad! :-) I immediately scrapped that plan and went with nice flat ceramic tile. That's one of the things I really appreciate about House Doctor's: they have so much experience and they are more than willing to give you their professional opinion or guidance (which, I don't know about you, but for me -- that's something I really appreciate so I don't make very expensive home remodeling mistakes.) I highly recommend them!"
