He went up on the roof, assessed the situation, and with all that was necessary he fixed the leak on the spot. He was willing to skip charging me, since in his opinion a major job was not required. He even took photos of the problem and sent them to me. I was impressed that he didn't try to upsell me for more than what was required, not only for the roof leak, but for a small problem with my porch posts. In my opinion, since he can be trusted with the little things, he can be trusted to help you out fairly with whatever scale project you might have.
