"Henry and his team did a wonderful job landscaping our backyard! We moved into a new build, so our backyard was a blank slate. He was very helpful with the overall design of the yard, which was great since we did not have easy terrain (very sloped) and did not have any experience with landscaping. We had a large concrete patio and steps installed, along with a multitude of trees, plants, grass, rocks and an irrigation system. Henry and his team were very efficient and were respectful of the worksite. He was onsite with his team at all times, so we were pleased that there was some oversight. They were always on time and did what was promised. Henry was also easy to communicate with and very responsive. "Rich removed our old deck and replaced it with a beautiful trex deck. Beautiful iron rails and step with lighting. Incredibly beautiful. Rich redid ou bac yard with a sprinkler system and dark mulch edging. He removed dead tree branches and pulled all the weeds that had come up through the rocks under our deck. I can not tell you how truly amazing the work on the patio was. Rich used 3 feet of road base under the patio, gravel and then sand. He did a Haring bone design with the bricks. It was incredible watching him skillfully place each brick. Wow we could not be happier. The professionalism of work this company does is top notch. We added a gazebo after Rich's crew was done and spend every nice day outside. Rich gave us a beautiful new living space. He even came back this year to see that everything was good. They get the work done quickly ,show up and work very hard. I truly believe there isn't a better person out there to do your landscaping. Thank you Rich and crew. "About a year earlier than our project, several of the homeowners in our community with stucco homes had their chimney rebuilt and the stucco replaced as a result of mold, rotting wood, and other water infiltration problems. Seeing what our neighbors were doing and knowing about the problems with stucco in PA, we hired a stucco inspector who identified several areas around our house where the stucco needed to be remediated, including the chimney. JJ&E Construction agreed to remove the stucco and repair the areas identified by the inspector with the understanding that if addition underlying problems were found, they would be required to address them. Once the work started, it quickly became apparent that the original stucco was not installed correctly. JJ&E also found that the foundation on the back wall of our walk-out basement was not installed correctly and agreed to repair that. JJ&E removed all the original stucco, replaced any damaged or rotted wood, replaced any damaged insulation, and installed new exterior plywood, Tyvek® wrap, additional weatherproofing layers, aluminum wrap trim around the doors and windows, and stucco that meets all current codes. The craftsmanship of all the work was excellent."

I was pleased with the quote and work started within two weeks of the meeting. The crew started on a Monday and would have been done within two days but we had a full day of rain then snow.
