"The repair went fine, with the job not considered finished until I was satisfied with the results."

"I am so happy I found Torro Construction. They did an amazing job on helping me save my deck. They helped me to keep the cost down. They were so nice and respectful. I will call them every time I need a project done."

"Angel did an AMAZING job! He tore down an old pool deck and rebuilt an entirely new lower and upper deck, with 2 sets of stairs. From start to finish, working with Cassandra and Angel was easy. They kept constant communications and updates, kept the process moving, and were very knowledgeable when we had questions. Angel was timely, efficient and prompt; there were extremely hot or rainy days, where I thought it wouldn’t be possible to work in those conditions, but he made it work! I can’t praise them enough for their hard work and dedication to making our dream deck come true and making the process seamless. We had several quotes from competitors and the vibe of the others either didn’t understand what we wanted or just always tried to upsell. Minquiz came in with a reasonable & affordable quote that didn’t compromise what we envisioned. They made adjustments and recommendations to the plan as needed, with clear communication. We plan to hire them for future home projects!"

"My old deck had some great TLC and came back to life!"

"Quick initial response... quick to schedule estimate... was able to do repair at time of estimate for a very reasonable price!!"

"I was satisfied with the service. They provide ideas on how to make the deck stronger. I don't have any issue, and they give a 1-year warranty."

"Casey is a Pro! We had a very long list of projects to get our home ready to sell. Everything from painting to minor plumbing, minor electrical, and all the little details, (i.e, installing new pull chains in all the closets, new toilet seats, and the like). He also replaced our sump pump in the basement at a quite reasonable cost. Casey spruced up the garage inside and out. He looked at our concrete patio, and suggested repairing and staining it, an economical solution. We threw Casey some curve balls along at the way. First, we told him we were not in big hurry to get the project done until late summer. Then about two weeks into the project, we asked him to do to the project and be done in a shorter timeframe. Casey was very accommodating to our schedule and did his best to work around our needs. Caseys flexible and will work with your budget. His pricing is reasonable. He knows almost everyone. For example, we purchased our new carpeting through Summers Carpeting in Mundelein at a savings. Ask for Lonnie, if you are interested. Bottom line: Casey has a great attitude and will work with you to make you happy."

"Had Handyman work on a couple projects and couldn’t be happier with the results. Crew worked quickly efficiently and got the jobs done right the first time. They left the work site absolutely immaculate. It’s rare to find great workmanship and a fair price together but these folks delivered both. Highly recommend them."

"Very happy with Sadot and his family business. He personally answers the phone 24/7 ( not a call center or 3rd party ) You deal directly with the owner. He communicates every day. He power washed old stain off, fixed and repaired bad and rotten wood, re-stained the desk. He followed price quote, he completed in time frame is originally stated, Workmanship of repairs and staining was PERFECT..these guys ( all family members ) are perfectionist, made sure I was a ratified customer, and his price was VERY REASONABLE, The next time I need anything related to painting, or exterior wood repair and finishing, he will be my first and maybe only call because I trust him, and I don't trust most people, but he earned my trust and confidence."

"Frank and the crew we had on our two projects (shower remodel and deck) were great to work with. They were professional, straight forward and helpful during the process. Jason and Miguel were great to work with and always left the work sites clean and tidy at end of the day. Both projects were completed timely and we are super satisfied with the results. We interviewed several contractors and Frank and his crew are the best! We will definitely be using Ultra Source Performance for future projects."
