"This cleaning was considered post construction cleaning due to the contractors/painters left so much dust in the home, so it took longer than anticipated to clean. Which I completely understood because of the amount of dust and they were very thorough in all of the cleaning. After they were done, you would never know that the house was even dusty. They also gave me suggestions on how to maintain the cleaning in the kitchen since the previous owners seemed to not clean after cooking with grease that had built up on the cabinets, stove top and oven. I appreciate all their hard work and attention to detail."

"Absolutely one of the worst cleaning experiences I?ve ever had! I hired this company for a deep clean before move-in, and I truly regret it. Within minutes of walking barefoot, our feet turned black ? that?s how dirty the floors still were. Every cabinet and drawer was dusty, sticky, and clearly untouched. Instead of moving in, I?ve had to spend hours cleaning what I already paid them to do. To make things even worse, they showed up an hour late and then asked us to go out and buy paper towels for them. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I had sent them every bit of information ? videos, photos, and property details ? ahead of time, so there?s absolutely no excuse. This service was an enormous waste of time, energy, and money. They?re expensive, unreliable, and don?t take pride in their work. I wouldn?t recommend this company to anyone ? save yourself the headache and find a team that actually delivers on what you?re paying for. "
