We recommend Limitless Renovations for high quality work. They maintained a clean workspace and were a welcome part of our days. They were all very professional with good attention to detail. They stayed in the budget. It cost a little more but was worth it. Christina, the saleslady, did not try to upsell us on anything. Carla and Kristy helped with many interactive texts and emails. Missy helped with expectations and Savannah helped with payment. The painter took no shortcuts and was great. It was a fantastic project and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. "I was in a hurry because I needed to get mold remediation done prior to getting new flooring installed. The area was sub 10 sq ft. I didn?t know any better and hadn?t been through this situation before but was charged $4100. They didn?t even take the full area of the estimate and when I had a third party testing days later the mold was still there.I questioned why they didn?t leave machines or partition things off and they claimed they had partitioned I just wasn?t down there when they did and that they don?t use machines they just spray and fog. They also wanted to come back out a second time for another $5k plus and take another area of drywall just in case and put everything back together. And the 3rd party testing found it was actually a completely different area that needed taken. I don?t recommend using for mold: I can?t speak to their other services. "

"I paid Mr Charlie Hippie of Cardinal Construction & Roofing INC $9000.00 on August 26th 2021. He promised to start work in 2 weeks. Which was supposed to be on September 9 2021. He never did. I called him every week for 4 weeks and all he kept doing was giving me excuses upon excuses. He was supposed to finish my basement for my sick mother in Law to use as treatment. I am still trying to reach him as I write this review but he has refused to pick his phone call or respond to my messages."
