"The company I picked out of four in the City Of Kingman checked all of the boxes showing they were very aware of the project and scheduling. The bid price was not the low bid yet the others were close. The difference was this company finished their work in a very professional way.. The floors were clean with very little paint touch up. The only residue left after the work was completely finished was a little dust that settled on top of flat surfaces, which we know is an owner responsibility. "
