"<p>Bought the special deal and Nick responded on sunday (over memorial day weekend which was a surprise).  I contacted him and we set up the appointment for the following Friday for 9-11am.  At 8:30am Nick called and asked if he could come over a little earlier as he could be to my house in 15 minutes.  He was there and promptly introduced himself and his partner.  He then began to explain what all was included in the deal.  They started to drain the water heater since that was going to take the longest. He inspected it, made a few minor repairs (at no additional cost) to fix the vent as it wasn't properly secured.  After that they inspected all faucets (inside and out), inspected the gas lines, washer/dryer, toilets, etc.  He explained what work needed to be done as he went.  He also explained the pros/cons of a tankless water heater (no sales pitch as I asked).  He is going to be sending me a quote for all the repairs suggested, a separate one for the tankless (as not sure if I can have one due to the vent that has to go on the outside wall - HOA rules and all), and my copy of the invoice.</p> <p>Overall very friendly, punctual, and professional.  Really didn't have work done but once I get the quote I will be scheduling time to get some of the stuff repaired.  But what I have seen so far would highly recommend them.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"I hired Lange Plumbing to install a water softener, whole-house water filtration system and a UV filtration systems and a whole-house water monitoring system. Cameron Lange did most of the work and his brother came in to assist. I can&#39;t say enough great things about Cameron and his company. Extremely professional friendly, top-notch communication and the installation layout and quality is incredible. They layout of the equipment he installed allows for easy access to change filters and monitor the system. The outdoor equipment is concealed and protected by an imitation rock he installed. To top it off they were also very competitive. I highly recommend this company. If you need a plumber, this is the company you need to choose. "

"Michael has done so many great jobs for us! He installed mirror closet doors (which were tricky). He installed new sinks and faucets. He helped get our house ready to sell by also having a helper paint all the interior doors while he power washed our garage -- fantastic -- got out most of the oil stains. He power washed the driveway and sidewalks too. He even helped us clean all the cupboards inside/out before the new owners took over. He is great to work with! Highly recommend!!"

"It started out with our design consultant Don Sabino. He helped us design our pool from beginning to end. From size, shape and made the last minute change to Pebble. He is a great salesman and he has definitely been there for us even now and the pool has been done since July 2020. Next the project manager Skyy Decreay. Where do I begin, Skyy was on top of every step made. And if something wasn’t right or we had questions about it he made sure it was taken care of. He told us the first day that on average it takes 12 weeks but he believed ours would be done in 7-8 weeks. It was done in 7. He showed up before and after every step sometimes showing up while contractors were there. He sent pictures and info about each step every time someone was there. Answering all questions that we ask and making us comfortable with his answers. I cannot remember the scheduler’s name but she was great too. I always received messages as to when next service date was along with looking on site for all of our steps. If I had to have a pool built I would most definitely choose Anthony & Sylvan without a doubt. I have referred 4 couple since our pool and will continue. We are very proud of our pool and thank everyone that was involved in building it."

"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."
