"I hired H2R to apply Coolwall Systems coating to the exterior of my house, and am very happy with the price, process and results. The crew worked every day until completion. They even worked the weekend to complete the job before the next rainstorm! They were very pleasant and courteous, and were thorough and meticulous throughout. They cleaned up and neatly stored tools and materials at the end of each day. As a retired construction superintendent, I was pleased with their attention to detail! When I asked about roof vents and flashings, they freshened up the paint at no additional cost - even though it was never discussed prior to start. One thing to be aware of; even though sanding and patching of wood trim was included in the original quote,apparently stucco patching was not included since the extent could not be determined until water-blasting was done. Just make sure you know what is included. I am already considering H2R for a future project, and highly recommend them!"

"We were very, very fortunate to find West Roofing (owner: Joe Elady). They did an outstanding job on with the replacement of our 16 Unit building's 10000 Sqft roof. The rains from earlier in the year has caused water damaged in multiple units and owners were very anxious to replace the roof before the rain season starts again. The roof vetting process was very discouraging. Contactors were either too busy to entertain a new project, their process seemed lacking and unclear, flaky with appointment commitments, or bids left us exposed for surprise costs that could occur during the roof replacement process. After 4 months of searching we found West Roofing. Our patience paid off. At this time we were very experienced at the vetting process. We met with the owner, Joe Elady, three times. He had the patience to listen, took the time to clearly explain what would be done to our roof and exactly what materials would be used. He was both easy to talk to, and understand. Also, Joe was accessible throughout the job from beginning to end. He and his crew where very professional, considerate of the neighbors, and cleaned up the area after each day. "We needed someone to inspect our roof, we had the solar guys breaking a few tiles when they installed the solar system. So we called the roof patch guy, he replaced 5-6 tiles, good we had some extra available , he resealed and painted the pipes and the vents. Reasonable pricing, fast and reliable service. I would recommend him."

"Very responsive and always polite. Crews did a careful job removing the roof, keeping noise to a reasonable level, installing and cleaning up. The only down was an unplanned increase in the amount of replacement wood needed but perhaps that cannot be fully anticipated before seeing the state of the roof. Very good service, they handled everything."

"I hired Home Renew 360 for attic insulation installation, wood trim repairs and replacements due to termite infestation. Aiden was the project manager for this project. Aiden was polite, friendly and made my family and I feel like he was looking out for our best interest, which was appreciated. Originally we were looking to only have the attic insulation installation done since it was not up to code and Home Renew 360 came up with the lowest bid. However, termite damage was found in the attic and along the wood trim. So I ended up having them treat the attic for termites and repairing and/or replacing the wood trim that were damaged by termites. Once that was completed, they painted the wood trim and completed the attic insulation. There were different teams working on each part of the project and Aiden always communicated the status of the project, which was appreciated as well. The workers were always on time each day and they completed the work to my satisfaction. The only reason why I gave Home Renew 360 four stars instead of five was because after the project was completed, we discovered that both my brother's car and my father's car had a nail in their tires. We were not sure if it was due to the team who performed the wood trim repairs or from team who did the attic insulation installation. Hopefully next time those guys would inspect the areas they worked around to make sure not to leave anything behind that would cause damage to the client's property."
