During the length of my career, with River West Construction, I have built over 50 custom made homes and Commercial buildings including the following: Taco Bell, KFC, Qdoba (owned by Jack in the Box), Casey Muffler and Brake, Lime Light Night Club, and Badger Murphy. Recently, our family business has down sized as an owner operated construction business in order to efficiently meet the needs of our customers and provide them with the skills and expertise that we are equipped with, allowing us to handle any job. We are now able to focus on our customers' individual needs and meet those needs to our best abilities, providing high quality customer satisfaction. Through our owner operated business we can successfully take on home repairs, small jobs, or complete remodels. We have 3 permanent employees 2 have been with us for 12 & 10 yrs. We hire our own sub-contractors many have been with us for the 35 yrs we've been in business. We require 25% down payment at the beginning of the job with payment increments of 25% as the job progresses. All add work orders will be in writing. We are fully licensed, insured and bonded. No financing. No promotions.

Payments requested by Paypal, cash, or money order. 1/2 down balance upon completion. Employees on staff include plumbers, painters, electricians and roofers. Employees based on size of project. 5% off on jobs over $500.00
