"I can not speak higher of All American Waterproofing out of Wadsworth, Ohio! I live by the Wolf Creek Tavern in Norton’s loyal Oak & for the first time since moving in late 2001/early 2002 my basement suffered a massive flood August 8, 2023. Owner Mike Johns gave me his plan & the estimate. Other companies sent young people who never actually did the work and were basically just reinstalling what I already had downstairs. Mike had a much better plan, And I feel confident that I could finish my basement and it is never going to get wet again! I now have a sump pump in each corner of the basement, the sump pumps have secondary backup pumps, they have battery back ups in case the power goes out, all the pumps and all my downspouts all the way around the house are now dumped far from the house down by the road. "Greg the inspector came out, nice guy very knowledgeable, I spent 14800 in waterproofing and mold removal, new sump pump and a air purifier. Greg and I went over everything the crew was going to do. Well where the water issue I was most concerned about , they side step and only put the drain tile down the middle and not at both sides. Stay Dry ended up sending 1 person to put tile in on both sides and fixed that issue, now I am having water issue where I was not having issues before and come to find out where my water line comes in they just put gravel under and did not put the concrete back in that area. So now I have a new leak and I can't seem to get this company to come back out for a 3rd time to fix this issue. Also I have water coming up from the newly concrete floor, I was told that the concrete has to cure for awhile which I understand that, but I don't think it should be seeping up along the cracks where the new and old concrete meets. Waiting on this company to correct."

"We recently had Hart Masonry and Waterproofing replace our foundation and waterproof the basement. The entire process was easy and Brandon and his crew were phenomenal! We had multiple companies out to quote the repair (big name companies that you see advertising everywhere). They all wanted to put band-aids on the problem, Hart Masonry was the only company that wanted to get to the heart of the issue and fix the entire basement so the foundation would be good for life. Most of the digging was done entirely by hand and the repair took 3 days less than originally expected which was a nice surprise.They were polite, efficient, willing to work around our schedule, and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Hart Masonry and Waterproofing to anyone that has basement structural or water issues."

"Got a quote based on information I gave, knowing that this was an estimate based on usual circumstances. Very punctual, two problems, first was a clogged drain than was cleared quickly, the second was a defective outside spigot that split because I forgot to remove house line for the winter. The basement was finished making it difficult to get to the line so replacement could be completed. Both jobs were completed, area was broom clean, the final bill was slightly higher then quote because of extra time need to get to line with out damaging. Ceiling etc. I would use again, loved his good nature and humor."

"Tuesday in June 2022, 4:03 PM Received a call from my wife, that our water had stopped while my son was in the shower. 4:14 PM Placed a call to Quality Water (QW) for Service. Keep in mind they are a "24 hour" service, is what they say. Customer Service (CS) said when asked, for service call charges normally is $135.00. After 4 PM is when premium rates kick in, which is $229.00 for service call (not per hour) to get back up plus parts and I said I was okay with that because I did not have water. LONG STORY SHORT: they called couldn't be out that night and put me off till next morning. They called next morning, all crew out on a big job and can't make it till tomorrow-24 hrs. service? When they did, the plumbing was way different and after they came back out to change it, again as I had before, they didn't do like I asked and leaks. Charged me $2395.00 to replace a switch & 22 gal. pressure tank - very high, but they had me over a barrel. Check the picture of the plumbing I found after they left - I trusted them for years and was shocked of how I found it when it simple came straight in down and over to the tank like a square Z to this? No written estimate or receipt, I had to call to ask for it. As a former service manager, I can tell you this service manager, Aaron did not handle this correctly at all. In pre court resolution now, and possible small claims to rectify. This from a customer that used this company for a couple decades, but first time for 911 services - no longer using unless this is cleared to satisfaction. Take my advise, don't call them for 911 services because they will rack you over the coals and are NOT true 24 hour service. There is a lot more bulleted points I could add, but won't. I am a patient person, but they blocked both my phone numbers and the owner never called to solve, only left a response on Google reviews to give him a call to resolve and want to keep their rave reviews. They have my number and if cared, could have this taken care of long ago. Unfortunately, small claims are next, if not cleared up very soon."

"Had Abe out to correct a clogged drain on a Sunday morning. Snaking didn’t work so he called for the water jet truck. Tony came out and they ran a camera and found a break. Tony explained to us that this break should have been caught when they were last out and it will be fixed free of charge under their warranty. They were both very professional and thorough, explaining every step as they went along. Gotta love a company that stands bytheir"
