They sent pictures of the entire project in the start of every phase to keep me posted so I knew how far they were the entire time! They fought for me and worked with me to get me what I needed. "I hired Greg Watson to cut down some trees in my backyard, remove a few bushes, grind the stumps, trim two trees in my front yard, and replace a 175 foot privacy fence. I'm mostly satisfied with the end result, but my main complaint is that the job took far too long to complete. Work started on 4/23 but it wasn't completed until 7/2. There's no reason the job should have taken that long. There were probably no more than 10 days when people were actually at my property working. Weeks would go by without any progress. I would be told they would show up on a certain day and resume work, but then nobody would show. Toward the end I nearly hired another company to finish the job so that it would get completed. <br /> <br /> Talking to Greg at the end of the job, he said that he took on too many jobs and fell behind and that weather slowed him down. If you hire him, I would suggest getting everything in writing up front including when the job will be completed. This is especially important for any job that can't be completed in a single day. I did not do this, and I regretted it. I personally would not hire him again based on my experience. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Greg Rentschler and team were great. He came out quickly to quote our job. The work Timberseal did was fantastic. They power washed all our exterior decks and siding on our house. Then they stained and sealed all our decks and dock. Finished product is wonderful. Only minor complaint was that the work was quoted to be done in mid September (on August 2nd) and the work was not completed until the last week of October. BUT, it was done in an area of Indiana where its impossible to find contractors to do work let alone good quality work. Thanks Timberseal!"

"They responded to a call for an estimate the next day, and sent us a proposal within a week.  We had to wait a while for installation because the windows needed to be custom-made to size, but  as soon as the windows were received installation was scheduled for a few days later.  Workmanship was very good and the end result more than met our expectations.  We have since used this company for another small job - re-routing of a gas line.  We would use this company again and recommend it to others. "

"they came and walked the yard with me and measured. then I was given a written quote and decided that even though they were slightly more money than the other companies I had spoken with to go with them, they were the only company willing to put the gates in the way I wanted them done. They came on a Thursday and set all the posts and explained because the ground was so wet that they would not complete the fence until Monday so the concrete had time to set. They even put a temp fence up for my dogs. I left for work on Monday morning and came back to the fence completed and the area cleaned. <br />"

"October 2014 contacted Gonzalez Home Improvement & Construction one day and they were out two days later to pull out chain link fencing and hauled it all away and cleaned up.  Set a date to deliver dirt to fill in deep holes in the yard where an excavator had hooked up from house to street sewer (and refused to fix their mess).  Gonzalez delivered the dirt and spread it. They did a great job!   Owner and workers were very polite on each visit. Will use them again. <br />"
